We founded Tate Signature Style with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you have questions!

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

All orders are carefully packed and shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance to ensure you receive your order quickly and on-time. Most order ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Maryland Hon Attire (shirts, hoodies) are ordered from Custom Ink and their shipping time is typically 14 days. Tracking numbers for those items are sent within about 7 days once received from Custom Ink.

OUR RETURN POLICY

The Small Print

30 day return policy with refund for new, unused, returned in same condition products. This would include purchasing golf tee bags, towels or the purse/clutches as they are, without customization.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. All returns must be sent with tracking. You are welcome to use any service for shipping. If you would like us to provide the shipping label, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. We will use  discounted shipping to reduce the cost to you as much as possible.

If you ask to have any other product customized with size changes, or embroidery changes, those items can not be returned due to the customization. However, if your customized purchase has an issue, please contact us and we will make it right. 

GIFT CARDS

Shopping For Others

At this time, we do not offer gift cards but would love to in the future. If you are interested in this option, please let us know and we can notify you when this option is available!
