30 day return policy with refund for new, unused, returned in same condition products. This would include purchasing golf tee bags, towels or the purse/clutches as they are, without customization.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If I provide the shipping label, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund. I will use discounted shipping to reduce the cost to you as much as possible. All returns must be sent with tracking.

If you ask to have any other product customized with size changes, or embroidery changes, those items can not be returned due to the customization. However, if your customized purchase has an issue, please contact me and I'll see what I can do to make it right.
